Service Description
This is an intensive session that journeys through deep healing and into expanded states of awareness. From downregulation to one-pointed focus to psychedelic states, we experience how breathwork can alter our consciousness and how we perceive the world. In a cohesive mini-retreat-like experience, we will move through practices from ecstatic dance, tantra, dynamic meditation, and breathwork. We explore the chakras to clear stuck energy and create greater harmony. We move towards a powerful breathwork experience for expanded, potentially psychedelic states. ….then we share and integrate our experiences in a supportive, caring group. Cancellation Policy
Deposit is refundable up to 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment. After 72 hours deposit is transferable to a future treatment appointment or session. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no shows forefit deposit. Please contact me with any extenuating circumstances. :-)
