Movement is medicine and one of the most beautiful ways to find freedom and healing in your life… is to move your body. Ecstatic dance is a free flow dance where you are guided but you inner impulse as to how your body wishes to move. No right or wrong steps and no “bad dancers” here….only intuitive, healing movement spanning various rhythms, genres, and tones. Offering monthly sessions to drop in and dance with your community. Each Session will have a different theme and include breathwork and sound healing.
