Service Description

The fall equinox is the moment in which daylight and darkness come into balance in the outer world. The energy of this day supports us in reflecting on our inner worlds to discover what needs to be let go of so that we may come into greater balance deep within. In this journey through dance, meditation, breath, and sound healing, we explore the various polarities within us and how they can be utilized to create greater equanimity.
